For the safety of both your pet and other customers we kindly ask that pets are kept at home. Only Service Animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA will be allowed on the farm and in the buildings but cannot be admitted to the Upic apple orchard due to food safety requirements: A service animal means any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, including a physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disability. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
Our farm and orchard have grown each year due to the continued patronage of our surrounding communities. The Kuipers family believes in returning some of that good fortune to our community. Each fall we donate Pumpkin Funfarm Admission Packages that can be used for prizes or raffle items to charitable events that occur between August 1st and October 15th. Due to an overwhelming number of donation requests received each fall we have a limited number of packages available for donation. For consideration, please submit the official advertisement for the charitable event to our business office via postal mail or by emailing it to [email protected].
We are no longer able to offer donations of or discounted pricing on pumpkins, apples, baked goods or gift baskets.
The farm and orchard grounds are only available for photography sessions to couples who have contracted with us to host their wedding ceremony or reception. During our fall harvest season professional photographers are welcome to purchase the regular admission tickets to our pumpkin farm or upic apple orchard for themselves and their clients in order to access the grounds for photos but large props cannot be brought in and no special arrangements will be made to secure private areas. Professional photographer sessions are offered during our Sunflower Festival and information can be found HERE.
