Midwest Tulip FestFrequently Asked Questions
Kuipers Family Farm is huge! Where is the Midwest Tulip Fest located?
The Midwest Tulip Fest is located in the FunFarm Activity Area on the West side of Watson Road.
Guests enter through the FunFarm ticket booths and follow the signs to the flower fields.
I would like to do photography sessions at the tulip festival. How does that work?
There are no official timeslots for photographers. We advise photographers and their clients to purchase tickets like normal. Drones are not allowed.
If you have additional questions, please contact us.
Have the tulips bloomed yet?
Mother Nature tells the flowers when to bloom, so keep an eye on our bloom-o-meter on our website to find the perfect time to visit!
What is the condition of the field? Is the field accessible?
The Tulip Field is a farm field. It may be wet and muddy, so we advise guests to dress appropriately. While we’ve worked hard to manicure the grounds, there are bare spots and unlevel ground.
Please remember that the conditions of the field are dependent not only on the weather the day you visit but the days leading up to your visit. If it has rained in the days prior to your visit, boots are always a good idea.
