At Kuipers we believe our staff plays a vital part in our guest’s farm experience.

From the cashiers in the gift shop to the drivers behind the wheels of our tractors, they are the faces of our farm! 

Our temporary, seasonal positions are a fun way to meet new people and earn extra money in a fun, safe and unique environment. 

We are pros at being able to work around your other obligations like sports, after-school programs, jobs, kids and other life commitments.

Things to Consider

  • No experience necessary for most positions.
  • Must be 15 years of age by September 12th, 2026 to apply.
  • Both Weekday and Weekend positions are available. Most positions available are for Weekends.
  • Must be available to work most of the following dates: October 3rd, October 4th, October 10th, October 11th, & October 12th (Columbus Day)  .
  • Spanish Speaking or bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Starting Pay

under 18 years of age

$14.50 per hour


18+ years of age

$17.00 per hour


Bartenders (21+ years of age)

$9.00 per hour 

plus cash & card tip share
average hourly not including cash tips
was $27 to $50/hour in 2024


Train & tractor drivers and other specialty positions will offer varied hourly rates
