Refund / Raincheck Policy
Admission refunds or rain checks are not given as a result of inclement weather. Some attractions may close temporarily until the risk of high winds or lightning has passed and then reopen. You may get your hand stamped for reentry the same day. Combo tickets are valid throughout the season and future seasons if they have not been redeemed the date of purchase. Birthday and Scout tickets are valid throughout the season and future seasons also.
